Q: How long does it usually take to receive what you buy? A: That depends. As soon as the order's been paid for I will start making the piece/pieces desired. If I have to order silver to make the order that will add a couple of days, also once the piece/pieces are finished I will have to send them of for Hallmarking which can take up to a week. If you buy an already made and marked item it will get posted within a couple of days. If your pieces are made from scratch the order can take up to a couple of weeks, but can also arrive within a week. You will of course be informed once the order is on the way.
Q: So I bought the item and it's finished and I've seen the picture but now I no longer want it! What happens then?
A: Tell me and I will pay the money back and not post the order. Unless ofcourse you have asked for something so unique that I can't sell it to someone else. If that happens I might be able to alter the piece but will only refund part of the price (since part of it will pay for me changing it and I am loosing money in doing so). This will only happen with sometinh that is very uniquely made for you such as it has your name on it or similar.
